After 3 long flights (ok, 1 short, 1 very long, and 1 mid-range flights) we made it into Hanoi. The flights were long but comfortable (as comfortable as 24 hours of flying can be). We were met at the airport by a Holt Rep. who spoke very little english but was very nice. We are now checked into the Hotel Sofitel Plaza. Very nice and the bath tub is waiting for me to take a nice long soak!! We will be picked up bright and early in the morning to head to the Hanoi Center for Undernourished Orphans to have a "party" and meet Nien for the first time. I am excited, exhausted, and nervous. More tomorrow.......
